Elected as President of Youth Congress, Gurdaspur Assembly Constituency in the year 2011. Former Chairman MILKFED, Punjab during 2021; During previous term, served as Member of Committee on Government Assurances; Committee on Local Bodies & Panchayati Raj Institutions and Public Accounts Committee of Punjab Vidhan Sabha. In the present term, remained member of Committee on Estimates and Committee on Panchayati Raj Institutions of Punjab Vidhan Sabha during 2022-23. Now, member of Committee on Panchayati Raj Institutions and Committee on Local Bodies of Punjab Vidhan Sabha for the year 2023-24.
